Are all of your products in stock? Normally yes they are in stock as can be seen in the product details. Occasionally there may be a period of unavailability which would be due to some part required in a new batch of the product being on a long lead time. |

How do I work out which tester is for me? Ideally list all the connectors on your cables and find which tester will accommodate all of them.
Or by counting all the pins in your largest cable will enable you to quickly narrow down which testers can cope with it.
Any cable with more than 9 pins on each end can not be tested on any of the testers with two rows of LEDs e.g. AudioJoG Pro 3.5,8 or AudioJoG Rack 8. Ordinary flat ,or ribbon, is best tested on the RibbonJoG tester. Socapex cables need to be tested on the AuidioJoG Rack 19's. Finally cables with connectors larger than the Socapex 19 pin can be tested using the CableJoG range 128,256 & 512 of testers with suitable adapters or even custom made adapters.

If the tester becomes faulty, can I fix it? If you wish to repair a faulty tester then the first thing to do is to contact us. After you describe the fault we will be able to recommend the most economical course of action which may include instructions on how you can repair the tester. Please do not open the tester before contacting us as you will break the warranty seal and we can then with hold a warranty repair.
Before contacting us it is always worth checking that if the tester uses batteries then they should be charged to a reasonable voltage.
It is also worth looking into all the connectors, especially if a short has been detected, there could be a piece of debris connecting some connector pins together.

What is the warranty period for your testers? We offer a unwritten, but upheld, life time warranty on all our testers. Unfortunately the life time warranty does not cover failure of the tester due to wear an tear, or accidental damage due to connection to a power source. Should your testers fault fall outside of the warranty we will happily repair it for a fixed cost. Currently the life span of our testers is from 7 to 11 years.
